Apartments have been modeled on scale 1 to make them accessible in virtual reality. Once projected inside, the visitor gets a real perception of the place and can feel like home. The feeling is increased by the possibility of changing the colors of grounds and walls.

A scuba diving watch allowing to easily find back the boat and giving other information such as the level of remaining oxygen or stops.

 

Project

The goal was to create a demonstrator for the product to be used for meetings. An ocean floor was created in which the diver is projected. From there, he needs to go back to his boat using the watch. He can also visit sea floor and destroy plastic bags.

The basketball simulator has been created to make people – both basketball players and non-players – having fun while discovering virtual reality.

As we wanted to make visits accessible, we created an app for smartphones. Thus, visits are smoothly just like video games. Visitors can choose between a furnished or empty apartment, they can also select the colors of the grounds and the walls.But it’s not a simple visit. Through the app, owners can also access a mini BIM of the place or add files about the property.
